RETURNS POLICY
Fido and Felix Pet Care want you to be delighted with all the purchases you make from us. If the item has been received as requested and in good condition, but you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within seven working days of the day you received it, so long as it is in its original condition/packaging and unused. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item less postage and packing charges.
Please be aware that unless the item was delivered in error or it was damaged or defective on delivery you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please enclose your returns form/invoice with the goods and retain a proof of delivery
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us with details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We may revise these terms and conditions, security and privacy and returns policies from time to time and you should check for updates on a regular basis.
